Returns & Refunds policy

Since we provide professional services, refunds are typically not offered once a service has been delivered. However, if you are unsatisfied with the service, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.

You can inform us of your concerns by means of a clear statement and a companying photos are optional via e-mail csr@a1hvacndego.ca. Workmanship of A1 HVAC N DEGO is backed with a one year workmanship warranty and the equipment manufacturer warranty. Unless the term has been waived and agreed upon by both parties.

Service Adjustments

If there are issues with the quality or completeness of the service, we will gladly offer corrections, adjustments, or re-servicing at no additional charge, provided the complaint is reasonable and submitted within a specified time frame.

Customer Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we aim to resolve all matters in a professional and timely manner. We encourage clients to first contact us directly via phone or email to address any concerns. If the issue cannot be resolved informally, we are open to mediation or other fair dispute resolution methods.

No Formal Return

Since services are intangible, they cannot be "returned," but we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work to ensure a positive outcome.
